Our professional services cover areas such marine consultancy (safety, technical, operation, administrative and commercial issues), crew management, and seafarer training. Our team consists of professionals with very rich academic and industrial knowledge, and strong bilingual ability, which ensure that all tasks will be carried out in a very professional and efficient way.

Although a new business, its establishment is based on nearly 20 years of experiences both in the academic and industrial worlds. Over the last 20 years, we have established a very strong network of professionals, executives, and officials of different authorities. Most importantly, our network covers a wide geographical area which includes Taiwan, China, Vietnam and Australia.
